Shipping
Wedding Frills by Catherine
now ships to the United States (and it's territories), Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom! As we continue
to build our business, we hope to expand our services to include more of the international market. (Please see shipping
costs to Australia, Canada and United Kingdom below.)
Shipping and Handling Time
In-stock items ship the next business day, provided the order and cleared payment
are received by 12:00 a.m., M-F. Most custom orders of 1 or 2 items take 3-4*
weeks from order date to complete and get ready to ship. Larger orders may require 4-8*
weeks to complete and get ready to ship.** In some cases, we may be able
to shorten the completion time on custom orders. Contact us in advance of placing your order,
and we'll be happy to let you know if we can do so. Customer will be notified by email when order ships, and provided
with delivery confirmation / tracking number.
*During the peak of the wedding season, May-July, orders usually take longer
to fill. Please contact Wedding Frills by Catherine in advance of placing your order to check shipping schedule.
**When placing your order, please take into consideration the
handling time. The estimated delivery time is the total of the handling time (time to "complete and get ready to
ship", as referred to above) + the shipping time.

Return / Refund Policy
We, here at Wedding Frills by Catherine, strive hard to satisfy every customer. But, we realize that in rare
cases, items may have to be returned. An item may be returned for a refund according to these guidelines:
1. Item must be unused and unopened in its original packaging, e.g., sealed plastic bag.
2. Returned package must be postmarked no later than 7 days after
the delivery date and time shown on the delivery confirmation / tracking record.
3. Refund given on purchase price only. (Shipping charges are
non-refundable, except in the case of our error.)
4. Since we begin purchasing supplies
for an order immediately after we receive it, we give absolutely NO refunds past 7 days after purchase.
Payment
Information
Georgia residents are subject to 7% sales tax.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Bank Payments. Make safe payments through PayPal's
secure shopping cart.

We, at Wedding Frills by Catherine, take your privacy seriously. We only collect the information necessary
to ship your package and contact you in case of questions about your order. Such information is for this company's
use only, and is never shared in any way with a third party. All payment information is handled securely by PayPal.
When making payments through the PayPal shopping cart, you are then subject to the privacy policy of that site.
